Smurfs are your village's inhabitants.
Unlocking
A Smurf will join your village each time a Mushroom House is completed, or upgraded for 500 coins or 5 Smurfberries. Alternatively, you can buy Smurf, who costs 5 Smurfberries.
Uses
1. Smurfs can tend to crops or grow flowers. 2. Smurfs can go into the forest if needed, eg. requested by Papa Smurf.
